On March 23, Dar-Un-Noor Academy and Georgia Learning Foundation hosted over 500 people and children at Ashiana Banquet Hall for dinner and talks by Wissam Sharieff and other leaders in the community. The speakers' main message revolved around the need for community support for high quality education for the children. Representatives of Dar Un Noor and Georgia Learning Foundation also spoke about the Georgia Private School Tax Credit program where Georgia tax payers (individuals and businesses) have the ability to redirect their state tax liabilities to fund tuition scholarships to children who desire to attend eligible Georgia private K-12 schools.

Additionally, other local organization such as Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs, Atlanta Muslim Young Professionals, Zakat USA and Atlanta Muslim shared the stage to provide information about their programs.
