What is the context and why is it so important for Americans to pay attention to?

President Trump wants to dismantle the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare), which prevents health companies from turning away patients with pre-existing conditions, such as breast cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Low-income families and students especially could be hit hard with this plan.

When asked about his intentions and the plans the Trump administration has about healthcare, Pence replied that they have a comprehensive healthcare plan to protect Americans, yet, nothing has been done towards this issue in the past four years.

What’s Kamala’s take on Healthcare?

Supported and signed onto Senator Bernie Sander’s Medicare For All bill in the Senate, although, during her presidential campaign, has proposed a government-run healthcare system, which would limit private-run healthcare plans.
