Job Description

1. Maintain the School’s front office, answering and directing the Academic questions to Executive Director and/or Director of Academics.
2. Handle parents enquiries and directing academic complains and issues to Principal and/or Teacher Coordinator
3. Maintain student records according to the policy of the school under the direction of the Principal and/or Teacher Coordinator
4. Ensure health safety policies are practiced and adhered to.
5. Designs filing systems and ensures that these systems are up to date.
6. Create and implement procedures for maintaining records.
7. Records all operational expenses and collection as directed by Finance team.
8. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and has adequate amount of school supplies.
9. Office Manager, just as other staff, should ensure and safeguard the policies of Al-Furqan Academy.
10. Qualifications preferred: A college degree or equivalent experience is required. Background in accounting and administrative management would be an added advantage while applying for the position of an Administrative Assistant.
