And some may not even know the 'right' way of dealing with anger which leads to many other undesirable situations.

'Learning how to protect ourselves appropriately, physically, emotionally, and socially is an important challenge in life. We acquire anger control skills in the course of growing up... Other people react to emotional upset with anger and aggression. Still others seem to be controlled by spontaneous rage reactions'.

Through this workshop we put the perspective of psychology and management of anger in perspective. We learn about 'healthy anger', signs n symptoms of Anger Problems, Skills to learn to cope with daily stress to prevent future anger issues and much more.
