This is a 5-week lecture series that introduces participants to the major issues in the history of Islam, one of the major Abrahamic religions. It is intended as a series of introductory lectures on major themes in the history of Muslim societies and how they relate to contemporary events. No prior knowledge of Islam is required. This program is open to public but registration is required.
