The Atlantic Institute and Go Eat Give are excited to announce a series of speakers and panel discussion to raise awareness of intercultural beliefs around the world.

Join us for our second event, as Asizah Kahera breaks down commonly held stereotypes about the role of women in Islam.

Azizah Kahera is currently the COO for Azizah magazine, the vehicle for the voice of Muslim American women – a publication that depicts their experiences and serves to breakdown stereotypes of Islam in the United States. She has been with the magazine for over 10 years and as its COO, Azizah implemented a new Azizah International Edition. This edition promotes the accomplishments of Muslim women around the world. She is a consultant and senior advisor for the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta’s One Region Grant and also belongs to the Atlanta Young Muslim Professionals Advisory Board.

Food and drinks will be served.
$10 in advance, $20 at the door.
