Indonesia Culture Exploration and the Deen Media Center would like to invite you to participate in Deen Green each Friday during Ramadan. Deen Green is a grassroots movement of mini environmental workshops started here in Atlanta in conjunction with an environmental nonprofit and an Islamic knowledge nonprofit. Deen Green will help you follow our deen with green footprints, inshaAllah. Deen Green will be comprised of formal and informal discussions about environmentalism in Islam and hands-on DIY activities. Deen Green will pull from Quran, hadith, sunnah and Shariah how we are supposed to care for Earth as part of our deen.

Friday July 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th

Each workshop costs $5 per person or $15 for a family of three or more.
Costs will allow us to offset the costs of materials needed for each workshop's hand's on activity and will serve as donations to I.C.E. and DMC.
