Event Description

Are you suffering from Serial withdrawal? Are you one of the millions of listeners that became intrigued by Serial, the podcast that took the world by a storm this past fall, and rapidly became the most successful podcast in history?

For those of you that don't know, Serial re-investigates the complicated case of Adnan Syed, a man who is serving a prison sentence for the 1999 murder of Maryland teenager, Hae Min Lee.

Did Syed actually commit the crime? The evidence, it turned out, wasn't as clear-cut as the jury was led to believe. What didn’t make the podcast? What’s next for Adnan Syed's case? And what does Serial mean for the future of digital storytelling?

We invite you to join Rabia Chaudry, a lawyer and close family friend that first brought the case to Sarah Koenig's attention. She will be discussing the revelations since the end of Serial, what we can expect next, and much more!
