Any Masjid or Islamic School in the Atanta Muslim Community that has received a Power Wise Energy Audit is eligible to apply for up to $10,000 in Matching Grants to implement the Energy Conservation Measures suggested in their Energy Audit Reports. In partnership with One Region Atlanta, Georgia Interfaith Power and Light (GIPL) will provide, for a limited time, free professional energy audits to Muslim communities in Georgia.
GIPL will come to your Masjid or Islamic School and preform the following - free of charge:
- Free Professional Energy Audit
- Analysis of Energy Data
- Customized Energy Efficiency Plan
- Project Support
- Home Energy Audit Training Class
- Matching Grants of up to $10,000
